What to expect
A Home Visit begins with a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist (depending on your needs) visiting you at a scheduled day and time. The visiting therapist will conduct a thorough assessment of your condition including your mobility, strength, and overall function. A care plan is built around your personal goals and our clinical goals.
